**Buyer**: The customer who accepts this agreement during the purchase process.
Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer through the seller's website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise this right:
• Contact us via email or phone
• Return the product in its original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging should be intact when possible
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
