Orders & Shipping

**How do I track my order?** Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account under "My Orders". **Can I change my delivery address?** If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately to update the address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. **What if my package is lost or damaged?** Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of expected delivery. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Payments & Billing

**What payment methods do you accept?** We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider iyzico. **Is my payment information secure?** Yes, all payments are processed through iyzico with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. **Can I pay in installments?** Yes, installment options are available for orders over 500 TL with participating bank cards.

Account & Profile

**How do I create an account?** Click "Register" in the top menu and fill in your details. You can also create an account during checkout. **I forgot my password. What should I do?** Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. **How do I delete my account?** Please contact our customer service team to request account deletion. Note that this action is irreversible.
